  1. Bookings/inquiries can be made via internet, telephone or fax.
  2. When receiving a booking/inquiry, WAK JAPAN gives you the total amount and the lesson schedule.
  3. If you are happy with WAK JAPAN's proposal, please pay by credit card, Paypal, cash or bank transfer.
  4. WAK JAPAN issues a CONFIRMATION upon receipt of the payment. And please come to WAK JAPAN office at a pre-determined date and time.

Cancel policy

Following charges will be applied for cancelations.

For Home Visit Programs only

2 weeks to 2 days prior to the event: 20% of the total amount.
For all the programs

Previous day of the event: 60% of the total amount.

On the day of the event: 100% of the total amount.
