★2008/07　Testimonials A testimonial from our customers having enjoyed a cooking lesson with us. Hello Tomo! This is Carrie and Jim, we took your Japanese Home Cooking class two weeks ago. We are back home in Houston, Texas, USA. We wanted to thank you for spending time with us and showing us how to cook chicken teriyaki, dashi, boiled vegetables, vinegared cucumbers, and all the other items we enjoyed. We have already tried cooking the chicken teriyaki twice. We made dinner for my parents last week, and tonight we tried it again, this time with soba noodles. Earlier today we went to an Asian market, where we purchased mirin, soy sauce, wakame, sake, and bonito flakes. Our kitchen is now stocked for whenever we want to cook the food you showed us how to prepare.
