Home Visit & Culture Experience Program
Learn to cook one of they most typical Japanese evening meals which people can enjoy in their dailylife. Tasty teriyaki chicken is often cooked in Japanese homes. It may look a bit difficult to make just right taste, but in fact it is very easy. You can surely take the recipe back home and try it again in your own kitchen!

Teriyaki's sweet/salty falvour is everyone's favourite but that taste can only be created with soy sauce. Soy sauce is widely available throughout the world these days, but many of you have not used it before. This is an excellent opportunity for you to try and use it with the advise of our cooking teacher. In addition to Teriyaki chicken as a main course, you can make other side dishes such as gohan (boiled rice), miso soup, aemono(Japnaese style salad of boiled vegetables). Fruit of the season will also be added in the end.
