In October 2009 we had a small group from Hungary wishing to try Sushi making experience. As Nigirizushi (putting slices of raw fish on top of vinegar rice balls) is something you can enjoy at a sushi restaurant, we introduced a professional chef and his restaurant to this group. On the program day, the chef and other junior staffs helped the customers make sushi. The customers wore Japanese happi (waist long cotton coat) and Hachimaki (head band) and felt like being a sushi chef. All the group members really enjoyed the experience!
