Route 1:

Take subway "Karasuma line" and get off at Marutamachi sta. Go up to the ground through exit No.7. Walk 1 minute towards south and turn left at the corner of Kyoto Shimbun newspaper building (Many trucks go out and come in on its ground floor) [Picture 1]. Walk on "Ebisugawa furniture street" eastbound for 5 minutes to reach the 4th intersection of  Takakura & Ebisugawa streets. (You should be able to find a blue signboard with the phrase  "GLASS MIRROR" or "YKK AP"on the 2/3 floor of a building.) Turn right  at the intersection [Picture 2]. WAK JAPAN building (traditional wooden house) is on your left [Picture 4].

Route 2:

Take subway "Tozai line" and get off at Karasuma Oike sta. Go up to the ground through exit No.1. Walk for 5 minutes along Oike street eastbound till you find the cafe called "La Madre" [Picture 3] on your left. Turn left at the corner of the cafe and walk for another 5 minutes. When you cross Nijo street, look for a traditional wooden house standing next to a car park. That is WAKJAPAN [Picture 4].
